The provision of infant care facilities has increased rapidly in recent years. Many organisations, such as supermarkets, leisure centres, department stores and restaurants have realised the benefits in serving the public in this way. It's no longer socially acceptable to let a parent struggle to feed a child or change a nappy in a cramped toilet cubicle or storeroom. Parents seek out those places that they know will be clean and comfortable and if a baby has immediate care needs, parents want those needs met with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience.
